As a person I am a natural coach, leader, teacher, guide, connector, parent, creative, catalyst, friend, partner and lifelong student.
As leader of programs I facilitated and supported breakthroughs in different groups and context. I love to use my creative potential to explore what is needed in every situation.
During 10 years I lead several programs for MMS: the Inner Negotiation Workshop (a workshop for personal leadership), MMS Coach Training (a coach training in which personal development and coach competencies go hand in hand), and the MMS Master Class (learning to facilitate MMS programs).
With my 17+ years of experience in coaching and training people and their personal processes, I know how to support you living closer to your essence. I believe life gives you all the opportunities you need to grow.
